About The Process
Step 1 – Select Your Fence
Simply call, request a call, or request an e-mail on our contact form to schedule your FREE in-home consultation. A courteous sales representative will swing by to help you select a fence that fits your needs and wants.
When you are pleased with your fence style and functionality you will need to review and sign the contract to make sure Northwest Cedar and you as a customer are fully on the same page for what will be given and received. You will then simply place a deposit with and an installation date will promptly be scheduled.
Step 2 –Documentation and Permits
Usually, townships will require certain permits or documentation to install your new fence. In most cases, the only requirements are a contract for the fence installation and a quick copy of your plat survey. A quick call to a building department in your local area will clear up what specific authorization you made need in your exact location. Here at Northwest Cedar, we do strongly suggest that you also check with your homeowners association as a precautionary “insurance” step to avoid any potential hiccups. For questions regarding this step feel free to fill out the contact form for additional assistance.
Step 3 – Installation
Upon your contract finalization, a Northwest Cedar Sales Rep will notify you of the proper calls we will have to make in correlation to your specific location to have unseen underground obstacles marked off. These markings will need to remain in their exact placement through out the installation process. Upon the day of installation our seasoned crews will confirm your wants and needs before swiftly getting your project wrapped up and properly installed.
